Fighter generations have never been clearly defined, we'll have to wait until there is more than 1 country claiming it to see common design features.
It might be stealth delta wings but maybe a completely different design is used in another "6th gen" just as the F-14, F-16 and Gripen are all completely different "4th gens".

better radar stealth (lack of obvious fixed control surfaces is the key to this)

more power generation

for radar stealth, i don't think you can be a 6th if you have vertical stabilizers, for example. your radar return to the flanks is far higher if you have them. just having stealth from the front is a 5th deal.

5th gen is just 4/4.5 gen with mature stealth tech and more advanced electronics
6th gen will have even better stealth, higher cruising speed, longer range, and integration with drone wingmen
basically a stealthy flying drone controller for long distance penetration into enemy territory
