Lots of products don't need it. Show proofs similar items have a CE, and going back to the original post show proofs the MATADOR has a CE if you're so butthurt about it. Which you aren't really, you're just bored on the internet.

BEHOLD! The PRIG, a weapon constructed by the IRA in the early 90s.
The warhead is a food can filled with 600g of plastic explosives, it's fin stabilized and detonates on impact.
The counter mass consists of two sealed packets of digestive biscuits.
The propelling charge consists of black powder and is electrically ignited, it's of a cartridge type and is screwed into the launch tube from the side.

Side note I'm envious of the fact that Boomers once bought nearly everything in glass bottles and as a result it didn't taste like absolute shit if it got exposed to the sun a little bit. Also sounds cool that hobo's had something to do other than beg because they'd actually PAY (YOU) to return them back into the supply chain by going to the factory. But then our government decided to be giant fucking faggots and created the USDA which basically strings farmers and small companies by the balls for even thinking about boiling glass bottles and then recapping them because something something UN Agenda 21 and Molach worship as well as cronyism because Coke Pepsi and Nestle basically lobbied for this to happen and Boomers fucking fell for it and believed in delusions like 'recycling' even though 99% of post consumer plastics just gets dumped into the ocean and the other 1% gets turned into over priced shit Patagona makes (like my fanny pack).
Why do Boomers constantly get duped by Jewish tricks at the expense of future generations? How'd they become so fucking retarded?

>wanting less micro plastics in the soil and drinking water is le gay even though that would halt plummeting testosterone levels and several cancer statistics too because of xenoestrogens
Yeah actually I would like them to find an alternative. AR furniture should use more recycled materials as well.
If anything that would reduce the amount of fembois in the world.

Also it's just nice to go camping or to the beach and NOT have to see trash everywhere.

You can use all kinds of things as a counter charge. Again, you can use saltwater, or you can even use biscuits, see: >>64098143

It literally just have to be some kind of mass which the backblast can scatter, to absorb a lot of the energy, the only question is what would be a practical mass to use. Fine powders are ill advised due to all kinds of different ones being potentially flammable, but you don't have to use a fine powder.

If you're really dead set on it not being plastic, I would say you could do something like a long stack of some kind of round hardtack (clackclack) packed in wax or something, to make sure it lasts indefinitely (not so much for eating, just making sure it doesn't break down).
Also, unless you're looking at a reloadable piece like a Carl Gustaf (which has its merits and advantages, mind), you're not going to be moving away from synthetics for these kinds of launchers, the entire point of the typical launcher is that it's a really light and handy weapon to carry with you because it only has to tolerate being fired exactly once, and there's no better materials for this than plastics.
