You have to understand that big tits are something of a cold weather adaptation for humans. Or perhaps more accurately, smaller tits are more common in warmer climates. Something to do with cooling the body, and winter fat reserves perhaps, plus better nutrition (average Asian tit sizes now resemble early 20th century European because of improving nutrition)
And historically not only is China poor, the most populous parts of China are all at the same latitude as fucking Georgia, and below. Hence most chinese girls would be better adapted to warm weather, ie have slimmer bodies and smaller tits.
