The shoot can be heard in one video.

The execution suggests to me that it was a professional. The arrested suspect is no longer in custody, which means the shooter is still out there and has probably blended into the crowd. And Jannies don't overdo it, I really just want to talk about the weapon.

Not really. The neck shot slightly of to the side suggest that the shooter didn't hit where he was aiming, either head or center mass.
