AFAIK G11 ammo can't be exposed to atmospheric moisture for long because the caseless propellant absorbs moisture and starts having serious problems e.g. cracking. So you can't use standard clips but instead have to use a sealed storage system to carry ammo around, and transfer the ammo into magazines and load them into the gun just before you expect to use it. Oh, and this means that ammo which is removed from its unsealed storage is going to have to be eventually thrown away if not used.

Similarly, the G11 had to be excessively beefy because the entire receiver body was sealed to protect loaded ammo from moisture, but caseless ammo sucks at preventing gasses from leaking explosive fumes into the rest of the gun so HK's solution was to just design the gun to withstand suffering from internal pressure spikes as fumes repeatedly ignite.

In summary, the G11 is an amazing piece of german engineering autism, but kinda shit as a practical service weapon.

And in 99.99% of usage, will just be easier to use and live with. But, some people just want to have extra things to fiddle with while driving, and reloading.

Issuing ammo in hermetically sealed cases is absolutely NOT standard practice for anyone. Sending troops out into the field with stripper clips instead of filled magazines because the ammo is wasted if it's not shot within a day or two of being opened is insanity.

That's not how it works. The heat is inside the case. Brass is a very weak insulator, but it's more than nothing. Plastics are very good insulators, and keep most of the heat from making it into the chamber at all. Caseless ammo has no insulating layer between the propellant and the chamber, so the chamber heats up faster and then the hot chamber heats up the chambered cartridge faster, causing it to cook off.

Of all the issues caseless guns have heat is minor. The G11 had early cookoff issues that they later fixed, but the thing had a 2000 RPM burst fire mode with huge mags. To suggest that the caseless design was to blame seems absurd, run a few stendos through any fast firing rifle and it'd do the same thing. The bigger issue was the brittle cartridges breaking and causing jams that were often difficult to clear.

I have two when I grabbed a pair during Black Friday some time ago.

The 5-Stars speedloaders are better and cheaper, and you can have them powder coat your loaders so you see what ammo you have loaded at a glance.

The only thing good is that the kaztacs lay flat for concealed carry, but if you got a wheelgun bulge, you might as well carry speedloaders.

Clunky wording aside, I've hiked/jogged/rucked bullets out of cases before. It's a thing with 9mm revolvers. Conventional speed loaders won't solve it. OP's solution might, but as my LCR sits muzzle down in its holster, we're back to square one. What I've been doing is giving each clip a quick inspection prior to going out to make sure that no bullets are loose, but what I really need to do is load a batch of ammo with a roll crimp just for the LCR. Unfortunately I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Most people (including gun owners, which I'm not concerned you are) should get out and move around more. I suspect that the cross section of active people and people carrying 9mm revolvers is rather small, which is a shame; the LCR was designed specifically for such people.
