Why was Israel unable to defeat Hamas after two years of full intensity warfare with unlimited support from the most powerful country on earth?
This sounds like agitprop but it's not. How was it that they were able to come out on top versus Iran, Hezbollah, ect. but they are forced to participate in ceasefire negotiations with a shitty terrorist group with literally no support, and barter with them as if they were a legitimate state entity? Was it the international pressure and Trump forcing them, or were they tactically and strategically incompetent? Even when the US lost Afghanistan it was mostly because we just failed to build a functional Afghan government and the Taliban had a place to hide in Pakistan. This is like if the US took two years to take Kabul and it ended in a stalemate.
