I think my gun rights are being unconstitutionally denied
I tried buying a gun in New York state I live outside the city and wasn't buying it in NYC. I got stuck on delayed and never approved or denied. I went to multiple stores and Same thing happened at each one. I gave my social security number and answered everything honestly.
New york state has a law that you can't get a gun unless you get approved.

I can't really afford a lawyer now. Would they take this case pro bono or like take a 35% cut if I win and do it for free?
