What is your obsession with piston? Fulltime suppressed it's not even justifiably better than a probably sprung and gassed full time suppressed DI system, unsuppressed it's justifiably worse.
More weight out front and away from the receiver, which also requires a perfect return-to-zero handguard that goes on and off with no tools, a complete unnecessary expense when "sealed" URGIesque systems don't require the handguard to come off for any reason until the barrel is shot out
External impingement destroys the natural smoothness of the straight pull system, and instead of dumping all the carbon into the upper receiver where its easily cleaned with a rag and CLP now you also have to remove the handguard and clean a piston and the rod in the front. The AR15 gas block is a complete no-maintenance assembly, never needs to be cleaned or adjusted. It also doesn't need to bleed off excess gas, the excess gas in an AR comes out of the vents in the BCG
Piston sucks. Euros love to espouse the benefits of piston for some reason. They don't shoot a lot and they can't envision themselves standing out in the rain or snow for a couple days and having to scrape rust off their exposed piston rod spring and scrape gunky wet carbon off their gas piston. It's an inferior system. The entire piston AR trend thats sweeping europe and the world at the moment is just retarded. DI AR15s have served flawlessly for 60 years and more than meet the needs of any fake european army that will never fight a full scale war
