My Toks are from PSA, $200 each.

The muzzle compensators are really hard to find though as are some of the mag extensions. Tok accessories cost more than the guns although i'm not sure they are needed.

Today i used a Tok with the trigger safety to cut down a 10 inch pine tree, i didn't think the extra trigger pull was all that bad given that the gun has zero safety features otherwise. 30 rounds and $30 btw, 7.62x25 isn't cheap these days.

Is seed oils ackshually bad?
I love guns, and enjoy cooking with oils, i like lead-free ammo and EVO oil, but they are crazy expensive compared to the alternatives, often x3 the price.
The internet says lead is bad for me, but also says seed oils and veg oild are actually good for me, despite the heavy chems used in their extraction, i dont get it.

The problem with seed oils has less to do with extraction residuals and more to do with the effects of the polyunsaturated fatty acids themselves. They are difficult to break down and thus slow your metabolism, which means you produce less energy, and they also tend to be stored in fat cells because your body will prioritize easily metabolized energy sources before dfficult ones. So not only do they make you slow and tired, they also make you fat in ways that are difficult to get rid of. What I like to do is buy one of those big 5kg tubes of medium ground beef for like $50 and cook it all at once. I get two pans going and once each pan load is cooked, I strain the cooked meat and reserve the fat in a pot. Once you have all the meat cooked and the fat separated, heat the fat up good and hot for 10 minutes or so to render out any solids and boil off any water, then transfer it to a clean mason jar. From 5kg of meat I can get about 40 meals (cutting) or 20 meals (bulking) and roughly 600-750g of tallow that I use for frying. Guns on the other hand are good and you should go and buy one right now, doesn't matter which one.
