should The Frogs give some armored cars to US Army and USMC?

US Army in particular can't seem to procure AFV. One failed program after another. :(

I fig if The Frogs just give some, at least the US Army couldn't say "this isn't an acceptable system" without also saying "We aren't as good as The Frogs" in same breath.

Good chance after US Army and USMC is forced to use Frog cars, they will end up buying some.

Even if no amphib for USMC, should be fairly light logistics.

Seems like it might patch a Capability Gap USA don't know it has.

AML-90 is still good enough for what the Frogs are using it for, which is shooting old soviet hand-me downs given to random african countries.

they got new ones, but I say just give USA some of their old stock.

Just hand them out to mech infantry or base security/convoy escort or WTF. Its a big gun and some machine guns behind some armor, on rubber tires and drives like a car. Ok, this one is skid steer, but its got med pressure 105mm.

I wonder what skid-steer is like on the road at 53mph. Wonder what happens as you go from high traction areas to much less traction during a high speed skid steer. :)

exactly, can also be hoisted off deck of normal ship onto dock with normal ship's cranes, or used from deck of even pretty small ship in rivers for instant LCS.
