Let's break this down real quick
Ukraine has a smaller fighting age male population than Russia
Russia has a larger active military than Ukraine
Ukraine is experiencing lower casualties than Russia
Russia is on the offensive, meaning that there is a constant need for recruitment, lest the tempo of offensive operations slow down.
And now let's go over some basic facts
Ukraine has faced demographic problems, mainly due to young people fleeing the country.
Most of the fleeing was in the early stages of the war.
The largest dip in population was from 18 to 30 years old.
As time has passed, the men who were young teenagers at the start of the war are now young adults, and are of military age.
Ukraine has made initiatives to recruit more volunteers from the 18 to 25 year old age bracket, but has not enforced conscription.
Though Ukraine faces long-term demographic issues and localized manpower shortages, it can be confidently stated that they have not suffered a widespread collapse due to manpower issues.
In summary; the narrative that Ukrainians are only eeking by because they are "kidnapping men off the street" is untrue; there are draft dodgers that must be forcibly conscripted through use of law enforcement, as is the case for literally every war in history, but they do not make up the bulk of the Ukrainian military, nor is the Ukrainian military in such a desperate state that it is press-ganging literally every male they can round up.
As is evident by conscription still being for men above the age of 25, there is a willingness from the Ukrainian government to preserve the lives of their young men, which is to say they are valuing their demographics more than their battlefield advances.
Despite the clamorings of an inevitable collapse, the frontline situation is very much stable, with a predictable rate and steady rate of Russian advances with few, if any, breakthroughs happening.
TL;DR This war is far from over
