My goal for the atonement was to last 30 days, where i would not eat or even think of other women. Because i think jesus didnt eat for 30 days either in the desert no less.

But the thing is I was really really hungry and i didnt manage to not eat today. Now i feel bad about eating but i was really so hungry..

Im still gonna continue the atonement but ill have to do crazy exercises or something that bring me to the brink of life and death.

So day 0? I mean technically its still day 1 im just not gonna fast im gonna do crazy exercise that brings me to the brink of life n death every day for 30 days something like that i dunno i havent thought it out properly.. maybe each day ill do something bizarre but that takes lots of willpower.
