Totally different imo. As a transbian, I grew up trying to be a straight guy because I knew I was only attracted to women. That's a totally different experience compared to a het tranny who probably knew she was into men and you just CANNOT approach gender dysphoria the same way if your primary sexuality is toward women vs. when it's toward men.
In my case, it kinda sucked, because I was very obviously queer (feminine, also a super girly voice, lisp etc etc) so people thought I was gay and they gave me all their homophobia even though I knew I didn't like guys at all. So like imagine being bullied for being gay your whole childhood and you can't understand because you aren't interested in same sex people. it sucked ass.

Not really my experience at all.
I knew I wasn't gay. All of my porn was straight, and when I tried to watch gay porn I really didn't like it. I still don't like it.
I didn't figure out my sexuality until I figured out my gender. I'm not a gay man, I'm a straight woman.
