Any anons here done diy electrolysis? What machine? I assume face is a bad idea to do oneself because it's more awkward but have some done even that using a magnifying mirror or smth?

i havent done it yet, but looked into it a lot. there's the inverness one touch, which afaik is the only consumer grade machine, but i've heard mixed things about it. it's pretty easy to build a machine and there's a lot of resources online, which is what im doing. the big salon-grade stuff is much more expensive for what it's worth, and isn't that much more effective (if at all) over galvanic electrolysis.
i've seen people do face, i think thats kind of expected for diy electrolysis. i'd use a magnifying mirror, esp one with lighting built in, or a headlamp or something.

galvanic with multimeter and spoon, lena's design. it works, the hairs slide out smoothly and painlessly with root sheath but it's slow as fuck. i wanted to do full body with it but it would take an eternity. the pain is much less than with laser or depilator but the frequent pricking sensation as you try to correctly insert the needle slowly makes you go insane. it might be viable for the sparse hairs on face but still it's so hard doing it with a mirror, and the hairs thinned out by laser are much harder to insert the electrolysis probe along. i'm going to buy a professional machine and do blend electrolysis.
