If you wanna run the distinction between a boymoder and a manmoder based on age/passability, than sure maybe
I do think that usually if a boymoding tranny on hrt, maybe in their early 20s, calls themselves a manmoder instead of boymoder, that's usually because of brainworms. Hrt, laser and things like that make you more androgynous which in men usually means being younger and more boyish, so I don't think it would be weird for a 24 year old to call themselves a boymoder.
