is it worth the money to sign up for an outpatient therapy program? I'm depressed and want to fix myself but I can't on my own

Highly depends on what specifically you need intensive therapy for, and if these programs offer the specific skills/experiences you need to get that alleviated. You say depressed but that’s usually the symptom of underlying issues unless you have a chemical imbalance. If you’re in therapy already and are made aware of what you need to get help on, then call around programs that take your insurance and offer what you need specifically.

Therapy is never worth it. You'll meet with a cis woman who wants you to get a job and will call the cops the moment you say anything mildly upsetting to her pearl clutching white millennial girlboss feminism poisoned brain.
