>>40041389 (OP)I think this is true of people overall, actually. The best people I know, who actually have strong morals and values and are interesting to talk to and have an inner decency that can be depended on, are relatively introverted. Not hermits, not antisocial, but focused on family and maybe a small circle of friends, and they only venture into the outside world with a purpose in mind.
The people I've known who really thrive on extroversion, who seem to crave parties and social media and clubs and shit, tend to be kind of flaky and awful. I know this sounds like an incel thing, but honestly I think everyone should at least explore that side of life a little bit, but the ones who stay in it just don't tend to be good people
I think if you actually give a shit about people, then they're capable of draining your energy, because you will care about their problems, you will care when they fuck you over or act shitty, so it becomes wise to set limits upon who has access to your energy and how much you'll give. Whereas if you don't give a shit about people at all, then you're perfectly happy to be the one sucking energy out of them, and you want as many souls to feed on as you can reach
The whole idea that extroversion = mentally healthy and introversion = weird is flipped
