Title. Where I live you have to be sterilised to be allowed to legally change your gender. I'm wondering if it's worth it. I'm 5 years on HRT. I will miss having balls though. However it's a problem to the point where it's embarrassing and sometimes even problematic in daily life to not have it changed.
