I agree. Best compromise are Med women (Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal) and, not surprisingly, Euro stock South and Central Americans. They have a great combo of traditional femininity and a lack of "silliness" you find in Western women. For the South/Central Americans I always assume that comes from living in dangerous countries. i'm not a videogame dev or whatever but many 'male dominated' fields had many women working on them in the past, but they got overshadowed and weren't given credit, and overly sex-segregated fields are often not actually male/fembrained, a lot of american industries are just really sex segregated for no reason (ie how americans made guitar a male instrument for no fucking reason) and trans people are more likely to ignore this as the oppression of a woman working in a male dominated field i.e coding is massively outdone by the universal shit trannies face and they're much more likely to be disillusioned by all that anyways
