i often think we're just the unlucky ones. i feel like a lot of people just have much milder dysphoria and that interacting with tranny stuff online (especially as a teen) can cause it to increase in intensity . they can just bury it deep down and live an ostensibly normal cishet life but with a burning desire for what could have been in their soul. it makes sense since he's from a rural backwater and probably not very online.
