I don't have anything like that. I have some goals for my body that probably won't work out. Fixing my body would allow me to stop being so conscious of my nervous system (anxiety) which would let me throw myself into challenges and building a stronger sense of identity through my accomplishments. But I was born broken so if I cannot even overcome step 1 of development there is no point in holding out hope for the other steps.

This post is correct. All sensations reach the brain to produce movement not all movement reaches the brain to produce sensation. When we talk about what the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system keeps track of that does require communication between the brain and the body even if your conscious mind does not pick up on it however, so it is misleading to say "the body" it is just most of the body.
