anything above 500 is reaching bolt-on territory so also not recommended

what's the DL on polyurethane implants? they seem popular among surgeons in my country, afaik it's because the risk of capsular contracture is lower than both smooth and textured implants. some of them also shill teardrop implants though and i know those are kind of a meme.

no. transition should be chemical, not surgical. even if you get surgery, it should be taking away or rearranging existing tissue, not adding fake filler alien material to your natural body. Oh it's definitely become never again - I developed general inflammation and while Breast Implant Illness has a lot of spurious claims about it, it makes sense that having foreign bodies in your chest isn't the most conducive to health, esp. knowing they leech silicone
That said I now have deflated tits lol. Considering doing fat implants or whatever but I'm now poor so eh. It's not that bad anyway.

fat graft tech has gotten a lot better over the years, especially regarding fat cell retention (gone up from 25% to even as high as 80%)
absolutely worth considering if you wanna go for augmentation again
as an added bonus if you gain weight in preparation for the fat graft, they can take all the fat from the undesirable spots and leave your hips and such untouched, so it does some body sculpting in tandem!
