She'll probably need to wear heels to balance out her torso length proportion + she really needs the muscle loss that comes 3+ years in to good levels (make sure she doesn't get hondosed) on the upper body but aside from those two things, she has the makings of an elfmoder, good gayface ectomorph genetics for it
