KYC means you need to verify your identity, period. No way around it.
I'm using Revolut.
Also, if you're fine with an 50% markup, look for a crypto ATM, then pancakeswap or some crypto-crypto exchange which carries LTC but crypto ATMs sells only BTC and not LTC.
