HRT only temporarily causes sexual dysfunction overall, though specifically erectile dysfunctional will remain yea. Atrophy can fairly easily be avoided entirely if you just masturbate once a day, estrogen itself doesn't cause genital atrophy, its just the lack of frequent erections.

Estrogen literally changes how you feel arousal, and that adjustment takes time to get used to, doesn't mean trans people still can't be freaks, trust me. It only makes you a vestal virgin if you want it to.
