I guess I could maybe say close to a week now, but I've had 'breaks' lasting 6 or so hours - whether some days at work, or I just let my skin breath out for a while after a shower before padding up again. I have consistently worn to bed, and more often than not going out of the house this past week.

I did a while where i wasn't 24/7 but anytime i wasn't at work i was wearing. I actually started to develop bedwetting issues after about 3 weeks. It was nice, wish i could go back to it
