Try eating stuff that has less calories, try finding and cooking good recipes that use mostly vegetables, eat lots of fibers. Instead of going headfirst into high-intensity cardio or weightlifting like a lot of people do, try low-intensity stuff like yoga or pilates or even simply taking walks 4-times a week is enough you don't have to do it daily. It's difficult but if you have the willpower you can do it
