Me being a chronically online tranny, it's really hard to find connection. Going outside fucking sucks, but I have to do it eventually if I ever want to find happiness.

im just so unbearably lonely, but I'm scared of being harshly rejected because I'm trans. Even just saying "hi" is scary. By God do I need friends though, I'm so so SO fucking lonely. I've been isolated in my room for years, and only go out when I have an appointment (which is hell for me)

im sorry for the long post, but I just need advice if anyone here has any. please?

I don't have any advice, but I'm in the same place as you are. It really does suck, and I'm sorry all I can do is commiserate.

hopefully we can both find friends one day. living like this is so painful. I have so much brain fog and my thoughts are always so scrambled now.

Yeah, I get that. I'm deeply lonely and don't have great relationships with the irl people I do still interact with. I relate heavily to your brain fog, most days I'm pretty dissociated and going through the motions. It feels like making real friends once you leave school is almost impossible. Also not feeling like a real adult or even real person in some ways. Idk it's a lot of different stuff for me.

I was a hikkikomori for 6 years, at first it was nice but after sometime the loneliness became unbearable. I got lucky and found a group of friends in my city, I still feel lonely asf but when we go out and have fun together helps soothe it a little bit. I`m not a total hikki even though Im a neet.
what I recommend is joining some courses or sport , there you may find friends with similar tastes. getting out of the house is hard (to me even to this date) but as you said, you must do it

Yeah it sucks at first but you just gotta do it and you'll be happier. Helps if you have a job or are in school which forces you to go outside and interact with people. Just ignore the voice in your head telling you to be afraid of others
