>>40103694I fumbled my way over the years into a routine that works for me: hitting every body part twice a week, once at high rep and once at high volume. The specifics as to how it’s actually split up have varied. Right now I’m lifting 5 days a week, because my work schedule happens to be pretty flexible. As far as diet, I’m not precise enough to give you a number or anything, but I usually have a big smoothie for breakfast, some kind of fish-based lunch, and then whatever for dinner. I know I look like a bulky boy now, but for me the problem was eating ENOUGH and putting on mass—so I just try to eat a large quantity of clean food.
