I am getting SRS because I hate having a dick and hate having erections. I hated anal before my SRS so I know you don't want my response but I'll weigh in anyways.

Clitoral orgasms are way better than male orgasms ever were, though it's about half due to HRT and half due to the SRS. Vaginal orgasms are even better, but they are harder to reach and very easy to accidentally ruin in my experience.
