Now that the dust has settled, can we remove all that shit on the left? It ruined a great flag

No one is stopping you from using whatever flag you like best.
I use this one because I like it best.

>whole point of using a rainbow was a simple and elegant way to represent everyone and the diversity in the movement
>"let's doodoo all over it because I don't feel it focuses on me enough"
Pure narcissism.

my only question is, did the rainbow itself never represent trans and intersex people?
was the point of the rainbow not to be a big tent symbol of fruity identities & ways of being which were collectively criminalized by cisheteronormative society?

I can almost get tacking on the trans portion of the flag (even though the whole point is the rainbow representing everybody) but adding racial stripes for "intersectionality" is peak woke retardedness and it's shit like that which led to the cultural shift in america among normies

troons can be normies too.
some of us just want to pay the mortgage and eat cookies in the privacy of our own bedroom.

does an exclusionary organizations use of a symbol define it as an exclusionary symbol?
especially when it's co-opted from it's original intent or purpose?
has "lgb drop the t" slop truly done enough damage to where we must disassociate with the symbolism of our ancestry?

I think the flag looks best without the black and brown. The intersex flag is actually very visually appealing.

As far as symbolism goes : trannies bisecting “all the colors of the rainbow” with a spearhead tipped with dead gays (black) and bipoc (brown) is a pretty apt metaphor

Life imitating art

I agree I think it's stupid and othering and undermines the original intent. "Everyone" vs. "Everyone plus black people and trans people and intersex people", like oh so, we weren't included in "everyone" to begin with??

The inclusion of black people specifically is insane because #1 wtf does that have to do with LGBT, and #2 it undermines the universality of the flag by having a specific ethnic group on it. Like, you are never gonna see this flag flying in Japan or somewhere like that where 0.02% of the population is black, because that would be bizarre.

Imagine if someone had a sign on their restaurant that said "All races are welcome, even black people!". everyone would be like what the fuck? but if it's for gays then it's normal for some reason.
