How do I stop constantly sexualising myself to people on the internet for validation? Ever since I tried it last year there hasnt been a day where I haven't sent some sort of nude to someone and I think this could bite me in the future

why is everyone being so harsh jeez? obviously this person knows what they're doing is fucked up, that's kinda the reason why they're asking for help?? I'll give you some advice OP. I too have the same problem so I understand how you feel. its good that you understand how doing this type of thing is wrong, and it shows your first step to changing. What I would do if I were you is to cut off anything that can provoke you from doing anything "sexual" (e.g. watching explicit videos, masturbating, etc.) and to also cut yourself off from people who try to make you do or say sexual things.
