without a progestin the average tranny is trapped in the mind of an early teenage girl. immaturity and dogshit libido are pretty common issues with mtfs.

with overly suppressive E therapy you eliminate HPG axis function, which is bad because LH causes a unique form of breast growth you cannot get without gonadal function. optimal HRT would be low enough to preserve gonadal effectiveness, or else supported by weekly injections of hCG and daily bicalutamide. rising LH is why you see breast growth often post orchi, and hCG acting on the same receptor is what causes lasting breast enlargement from pregnancy. too much E also causes receptor down-regulation so thats not good either.

pioglitazone is another very important med, most MtFs are too lean and its very clocky for a girl to have close to 0 development of female fat pads. low sex specific fat content is also why a lot of trannies have cone tits, because cis women do not usually have these incredibly dense breasts that MtFs have and fat is a functional part of the breast as an organ.

GH related medications are also important for lateshits, as they restore the capacity of sex hormones to affect significant change on the body barring bone growth. estrogen protects from peripheral bone growth so acromegally is not a significant concern unless youre blasting teenage GH levels for years on end.

GH meds will boost transition rate, potentially boosting maximum effect. they will help you build new tissue, and anything that directly stimulates tissue growth like pio stands to benefit substantially from it. it also really hates visceral fat, and will take fat out of your gut and dump it in your tits and ass. that i think is something a lot of MtFs could do with especially if trying to gain weight.

my regimens been all over the place, ive tried alsorts to see what can be done. ive used transdermal e, oral, injectable. ive used bical, cypro, mono. ive tried boofing prog, transdermal prog. ive compounded meds for myself; estrogen creams, estrogen facial lotions, dutasteride sprays, personal doses of pio, progestin dose CPA, i experimented with topical fat boosters with pio and with AH38. there are people who know a lot more than me on MtF HRT but ive never seen them post about the shit they do here, its almost always confined to discord.

CPA has v different effect depending on dose. standard transfem dosing is too high to be ideal as a progestin, its ideally dosed at 1-2mg a day. dydro is a better alternative but thats very hard to get hold of. come off CPA for a couple months before you try and use a progestin for that.

ah38 is a topical fat growth agent sold commercially as adifyline. its extremely sus in terms of its described effects as it doesnt universally promote fat wherever you apply it, but specifically works to increase breast fat volume. based on testing we did in a server ive since left (it turned into a shit heap) we discovered it works best on girls who are already more or less finished with their breast development but have very low breast fat content.

i did 2mg a week of cjc-1295 DAC and came off at the 6 month mark. its v much a do your research, size up risk and proper use kinda thing. i think you get maybe one or two stints on it safely in early transition and then you should avoid touching it unless you get injured or something and wanna use it for recovery.

what side effects? the insulin risk can be offset by the pioglitazone beta cell senaitization. Is there something else? I think it's great since it makes you eat quite a lot and the pio puts that extra cals on the hips.

in the first 2 weeks i had constant boob ache. after it subsided i noticed my tits were bigger and my tummy flatter. desu i feel like i didnt get the most out of it due to circumstances but i def wanna take a second shot at some point.

mk677 just has a rep for doing fuck all for people but giving them weird side effects. its not something ive used or really looked into, its fairly obvious at a glance that unless you specifically wanna be on SARMs that injectable GHRHas are just a better idea.
