I struggle to dress feminine as a male. The only real rule I give myself when it comes to clothes is only getting men's clothes. I cannot wear women's clothes.
This makes it much harder to dress feminine for me. I ended up wearing an oversized hoodie, skinny jeans, and my white air forces all winter and spring.
For summer I wore a button up over a graphic tee and some skinny jeans but that's not very feminine or really that good.

What outfits would you guys recommend? Any stores or something that could help me with this?

Charity/thrift shop and buy women’s clothing, men’s stuff is very conservative and homogenous if it’s not designer. It’s amazing what a difference women’s versus men’s jeans are even with similar size and leg cut

Show more skin with high shorts, wear strappy tanktops instead of shirts, emphasize the waist, create a skirt like effect with tying a long sleeve around your waist, use fem coded unisex clothing like baggy cardigans or sleeveless sweaters and turtlenecks, leave your button ups unbuttoned some at the top with no under layer. A tight bottom layer paired with a baggy second layer is a great way to show off how lithe you are, which is feminine. There's a lot of hints you could take from women's fashion you just have to pay attention, like functionally what is the difference between pic related skirt if it was swapped for a similar fitting and cut pair of cute short shorts?

Also notice how her hair is done in a cute Bob like style without being overtly fem, and she accessorizes with a choker. Loose bracelets are also great for femboymoding because they make your wrists look smaller.

Oh and my last little hint for you is DO NOT ignore the power of perfume. Smelling genuinely nice is a feminine trait and plenty of unisex or slightly fem perfumes could help pull it all together with a pleasantly sweet floral-esque or fresh green or incensed brown scent. Pear, praline, tonka bean, and even florals like iris or violet could all feasibly be worn by a male while still smelling sweet and airy for that feminine energy. A scent I can suggest that hits some of these that's inexpensive for starting out is Dahlia by bath and body works. The fragrance mist version is under 20$ on eBay and will last for a few hours if sprayed on clothing.

Thank you!! This is good information. I haven't thought about shorts that way but it makes sense. I like the idea of bracelets too.
I have a couple turtlenecks but they are super cheap and shitty so I'll get better ones once it gets colder.
I also do have some of the Japanese Cherry Blossom fragrance from Bath and Body Works but I wore it for years and I think I'm noseblind to it now.
