Should I tell someone about my suicidal thoughts? I’ve had them for about ten years now but I’ve never told anyone I think I should tell my boyfriend but I don’t want him to think I’m a problem for him and I don’t want him or anyone else to call a hotline about it and get me sent to a psych ward

now i just tell online people
