So internalized homophobia is where you don't want the social stigma of being a gay male, but in reality, underneath that fear, you enjoy the act of being a gay male, looking masculine- male body fat %, male body hair growth patterns, male voice, clothing, hairstyle, male chest, having a penis, getting hard, etc. You have a repressed desire for homomasculinity.
Dysphoria also includes the fear of social stigma that internalized homophobia has, but with gender dysphoria you physically do not want male sex characteristics. You want a feminine body fat %, want feminine genitals, either a vagina or a small useless dysfucntional dick, you want breasts, a female sounding voice. Rather than repressing homomasculinity, you are repressing heterofeminity (and desu transbianism is another topic i can't speak for I'm talking about the normal classic kind of tranny)
Basically a tranny will be happy having breasts on her chests, a narrow, smooth non muscular torso, and looking like the woman in a straight relationship. A gay male will usually want some degree of masculinity-- even if he's a feminine gay male he will want a working dick, low body fat, no boobs, and usually a masculine appearing voice/hair, his relationship will look like a gay male relationship.
So although these two things have a similar type kf internalized phobia that causes them to repress, their true desires for how they want to express themselves and be seen by others are totally different. A gay male would vomit if he starts growing breasts, while a tranny will be mortified if she starts growing a beard. Make sense?
