I am morally disgusted about what I did.

Months ago I was having conversations and trying dating with tinder, when I came across one of the girls that approached me. She was trans, very depressive and always went to me and was always saying she wanted to date and spend the rest of her life with me despite we never went to a date together and I never reciprocate this feelings. I tried be some sort of friend to her and tell her she need to try something with her life (university or seek for better jobs) and she always seems extremely lost and unwilling to thrive anything with her life. She related suffering sexual harassment and I told her to denounce or search for pepper spray or a teaser for self defense. I feel the urge to help her somewhat but I have no power to do so, it was a very agonizing experience. I told her I would leave the country in some months and won't be able to see her eventually.

2 months ago I deleted my phone number and them restored it and lost her contact in the process without ever saying a goodbye to her. I feel I abandoned a person in need for help.
