>>40155950When you're hungry, remind yourself that you're not fucking starving.
I am a skinny faggot that grew up with likewise parents and we basically know when we've gone too long without eating when we start getting weak and shaky uncontrollably due to low blood sugar levels.
I am not anoxeric nor does that run in my family, but I don't wake up hungry in the morning and if I do eat when I am in that phase, it'll make me more sluggish rather than give me an energy boost. (and I love to eat, don't get me wrong)
I know I am speaking from a place of genetic privilege, but honestly I like to read about the other side of the spectrum and figure out what's the main factor at hand, and I think for those who have a hard time losing their weight, a good chunk seem to not realize that prolonged hunger isn't the end of the world. It's an addiction problem at its core, and it takes mental prowess to overcome it.
Please eat, but portion control is key. Your stomach expands or shrinks slowly over time depending on how often you eat. You'll learn and your body will adapt to smaller portions and feel satisfied with them without it nutritional or caloric deficits.
Or just get on Ozempic, the intended effect causes what I just described above, and it's the most effective weight loss drug on the market.
