I juat don't like feeling like I'm whining to people, especially in the realm of being trans, almost all of them are cis and don't even attempt to understand how isolating and soul shattering relatively small things feel. I'm an mtf and I fantasize about being an ftm sometimes. I'm not sure why. I guess masculine presentations that are a little androgynous aren't too dysphoric for me.

I fantasize about being asian sometimes too (don't shoot me). They age well and seem to have a stronger self-concept than western people while being on an upward trajectory. It's not a weeb thing. I'm not claiming this is the same as being trans because sexual divisions are much more universal to psychology than ethnic ones, but yeah. I relate to alienated people like therians and littles who dislike their bodies generally.

I think wanting to change your culture is pretty normal but most of them are just called immigrants. Body issues are something the average person has more trouble empathizing with outside of disliking weight gain or aging.

Hypervigilance is a thing. I don't lay it on my male friends because they don't deserve it but I was misandrist for a bit because I didn't like my dad. My mother was too. She resented me for being amab. Just don't guilt trip yourself for having anxiety, if you want more closeness there are generally little steps you can take that won't freak you out as much over time. Being intimacy averse is rough.
