no cis would be ok with having breasts and non working dick. either he deluded himself thinking "I dont have dysphoria!!11" or he is mentally ill for some non tranny related reason. Or just being hon/man moder. No cissie would like going outside like that and getting stares from people. Many trannies are ok with that bc its better than being a man.
