You want the real answer? It's because cis men don't earn their manhood. It's just given to them and no matter how they behave it's never truly taken away. Sure, they are still policed... but it's never to the point of removing their name and correct pronouns.
However if you are a trans man, little things can take away the manhood you likely paid money and invested time in to earn.
It's easier to misbehave when you're born into something. Of course a rich nepo baby is going to speed on the highway and not think much of it when he gets a ticket than a working man who isn't in the same position.

I wouldn't know if it was due to sexism but partly due to not getting sensible grades when I compared with others work I basically swore off from pursuing employment through education when I had some pretty cushy plans for if I was treated more fairly. One might question if I truly deserved higher grades, in a lot of cases it was a subjective thing so while it seemed to me like it was due to teacher bias against me I couldn't truly ascertain that, but in some cases there were objective metrics pointing to me deserving higher grades and I had no recourse to receive those grades. Why did it happen to me? I wouldn't know, maybe it was because I was on the verge of death due to chronic illness during a lot of those years and that lead to me being absent most days which caught some attention. Things turned out well financially regardless, but I had to go through a very different path than originally planned with a lot of undue strife and I can't say I care to pursue anything that'd put me in a vulnerable position so there's a lot of things I'll be missing out on in life.
