If HRT didn't improve your mental health something is wrong. It genuinely acts like an SSRI for most people.

Not OP, but for me hrt has generally made me less depressed, but I've also been much more unstable. Idk if thats due to hrt or unrelated and worsening bipolar and BPD tho
