>>40203646I don't think you know what pushes a man to pursue science, what many think of as "intelligence" is actually a response to the environment and their situation, I would have never started investigating exact sciences and psychiatry if it weren't for two main factors, I was born very frail and had trouble connecting with others and I was born into a family that equally didn't care about me and made sure I always had everything I needed. Having time(thanks to being home all day) and the necessary means such as being born into a family(my grandfather actually) that knew the importance of books so he accrued a varied library, he was aware of how the future would be built around computing, he bought a computer for his sons way before I was born so I never not had one, he taught me the importance of knowledge and when he noticed I was into the intellectual stuff he did everything to keep me up to date.
Black guys, or other races have always been marginalized, stolen of opportunities and given the worst treatment, they grow up to be a different kind of person, one that needs to built themselves for a world that will never give them a chance.
That is why I find racism hilarious, it's always dumb privileged kids unable to see the world from a different perspective.
