I don't see why people choose to cheat. The only scenario where it makes sense is if your partner is a paypig to you and you only stay with him for the money, but outside of that i don't see the reasoning. If you like someone else over your bf then just leave your bf and get with them, and if you don't like anyone over your bf then why would you be intimate with someone who isn't the person you like the most? Personally I haven’t, though I’ve been cheated on once. She did it for attention, so I gave her none. Also she didn’t fully go through with it, because the guy rejected her. My lack of reacting worked very well. She went insane as a result and got sent to a psych ward for > year (insurance quit paying). Cheating is a waste of time. It hurt me quite a bit, but it hurt her so much more lol

My bf was in on my bit, so he very politely rejected her, she was enraged and made a fool of herself. After the psych ward she gained a ton of weight too. She’s now a bit of a local meme at my college because of how bad the fall off was. She still gets rejected left and right to this day and can only get with the occasional freshmen because they don’t know the story. When they learn they tend to leave out of fear that she’ll cheat on them too. I learned a valuable lesson, which is to stay calm and let others do the talking.
