ftm here please someone tell me if this is normal ive switched from gels to injections and my doctors told me i need injections every 12 weeks but today i woke up and looked at my underwear and theres blood but im not meant to get another injection until 2 weeks from now. wtf is this. does this happen to anybody else. i didnt have sex or penetrate or anything like that i just jerked off like normal and am in no pain. i havent had a period in about 2 years and im really freaked the fuck out

It could be a dosage issue, you should specifically look at your estrogen levels not just your testosterone ones for this. Estrogen being insufficiently suppressed can cause bleeding, though a sufficient testosterone dose is usually enough for that.

the blood test facility was closed last time i went and they will probably only give me a date a month from now even if it was open today. i will write down how much my dose is after i go and see how different it is from the gel i used to take. everyone said injections were better but this never happened with gel

Just switch to test cyp or enanthate, the esther blends like sustanon that are meant to last a long time don't really yield stable levels

i do my injections every week and this happens to me only if i skip multiple doses. i recommend you schedule a follow-up appointment with your endo and talk to them about it as soon as you can but in the meantime just chill out, it's not like your transition is going to be undone in the time you wait.

it kind of is but its also just humiliating i hate having periods so much even though i dont experience pain or mood swings it just makes me incredibly dysphoric. but thanks for being nice
