I'm an actual man and when I do steroid cycles my face does get kind of pink from the testosterone so I imagine female bodies are even more sensitive to the redface you can get from unnaturally high test levels. but then again I do 500mg test a week on a steroid cycle and most pooners do like a comical 50mg every couple weeks

Some of the early 20th century endurance swimmers just absolutely covered themselves in a thick layer of animal grease for protection from the sun and the water. They'd climb out onto the beach to waiting crowds and photographers just looking absolutely disgusting.

the big puffy lips are the only real exaggeration, a lot of the pooner type ftms have thin lips and dainty little mouths. most of the ftms I've seen with big lips are the poonchad types (with exceptions obviously)
