You just need to go to the salon and get your hair done, you have very nice cheekbones and lips, your jawline is round enough to pass.
Please do your eyebrows, or get them done, they really help in passing.
I don't think you need makeup, but you should indulge just because its fun and its easy self-expression, and also because your eyes are very sharp and beautiful and you should really emphasise that its one of your best features.

Other than that:
- Please grow out your hair
- Lose the glasses, try contacts

- Do something with your forehead, it's tall and very bony, growing your hair out would probably help, if not, try some makeup tactics to get attention away from your forehead and to your eyes and lips.

Your E could be much better though. Up your dose, take 1.5x what's prescribed, have your levels checked 2 months later then adjust.
