i pass in all my day to day interactions. it's not so bad. even if people know i was born a male they call me she but they dont usually, just doctor stuff. i get asked if i played basketball as a girl more than i get asked if i'm trans (which is never to be fair). i had a decent starting point and got on hrt at 18. I'd say that I pass but I don't try to maintain stealth religiously. i bet that you could if you stay away from other trans people who are gonna clock you. i wear size 10 clothes but my leg length is just rly long (36" inseam) so my proportions help a lot with people's calculations.
i would say hrt worked on me slower than it did for smaller people, took about 3 years to see the effects in my body. don't let that discourage you.
