i'm gonna get BA this winter either way because i'm of the controversial opinion of actually liking the aesthetic of fake tits as well as the fact they don't sag over time like natural big boobs do, but i do wonder if domperidone works if you're already like tanner stage 4. it induces lactation which should make them at least temporarily swell but i've heard some people claiming it made them go up several cup sizes and maintain it after stopping. wonder if anyone here can confirm or deny. i'd just worry they'd deflate afterwards and your tits would sag down to the ground like cis women's ones do after breastfeeding and you'd need a breast lift (the results of which almost always look fucked up imo contrary to BA which can look really good when done well).
