Why don't you just try to think about whether or not this is a way you're going to be over the long term and whether or not anything you want to do is hurting someone?

for the record, trans kids and queer kids in general are very good targets for abuse, even before they know what they are. They're used to keeping secrets, often have low self-esteem, might not have close friends or good relationships with family. Less cared-for by adults, bullied or rejected by others, often hungry for affection. Predators can smell that this kid is not going to tell, and might not be protected even if they did.
